Prayer and Liturgy are at the heart of daily life at St Gregory’s. Each day, our school community comes together—whether as a whole school, in key stages, or within individual classes. We pray, reflect and grow in faith. These moments are precious opportunities where we gather reverently, listen to God’s Word, and take time to consider its meaning in our lives.
All of our children are given the opportunity to take part in planning and leading prayer, with our older pupils confidently guiding others in collective worship. In doing so, they develop a deep sense of responsibility and belonging within our faith community.
As a school, we are committed to nurturing the spiritual development of every child. We encourage them to be Responsible, Resourceful and Reflective whilst living out these values in the way they care for one another and the world around them.
At St Gregory’s, worship is far more than a requirement we try to make it a joyful and integral part of who we are. It sits at the centre of our Catholic tradition, shaping our values, guiding our mission, and inspiring our daily lives.
We strive, always, to live out our school motto:
BE KIND – BE FAIR – BE HONEST
